We’re excited to announce that Gretcha Flinn has joined CAM Industrial Solutions as Director of Talent Development. With over 20 years of experience in training and organizational development across industries like engineering, construction, and pharmaceuticals, Gretcha brings a wealth of expertise. She holds both a Ph.D. and Master's degree in International Training and Organizational Development from Texas A&M Univesity.

Gretcha has led talent programs supporting global initiatives, business launches, and process improvements. Before joining CAM, she was Director of Talent Development at Zachry Engineering Group.

In her free time, she enjoys traveling and hiking with her husband, Rob, and their 3 dogs. Please join us in welcoming Gretcha to the CAM Industrial Solutions team!
