As President, Mick leads both our open shop and union operations. He has over 20 years of experience in maintenance, turnaround, and small capital construction, including CAM Industrial Solutions and its legacy companies. He attended Athabasca University, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor Technical Management Accounting degrees, and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) in Alberta, Canada.

Specializing in industrial finance and accounting, he has defined CAM’s long-term strategy, identified market opportunities, and set actionable goals to secure growth. Leveraging his experience, Mick has built differentiated market capabilities and implemented operational improvements alongside robust governance and financial management. During his tenure, he successfully managed organizational transitions, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring, ensuring alignment and smooth adaptation across all stakeholders, ultimately providing enhanced organizational efficiency, expanded market presence, and increased shareholder value.

Mick is deeply committed to social and industry betterment and has previously contributed to industry improvement through ACTIMS. Beyond his professional contributions, Mick actively volunteers and mentors emerging talent, fostering the next generation of leaders.
