Leadership
Mark currently leads our unionized maintenance and turnaround business for North America and our operations and maintenance portfolio. He has over 20 years of experience in maintenance, engineering, and construction, including CAM Industrial Solutions and its legacy companies. Mark attended Acadia University and Dalhousie University, holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree, and is a registered professional engineer. He started his career as a maintenance officer in the Canadian Armed Forces before going into consulting engineering. With a specialization in industrial marine structures, he has executed global projects and became certified as a commercial diver to aid in inspecting underwater construction and repairs.
He took on progressive engineering leadership roles, eventually becoming the Senior Vice President responsible for Worley’s operations in Western Canada. Before that role, he was the SVP responsible for Worley’s maintenance and turnaround construction management business outside North America, with operations in Europe and the Middle East. His varied experience provides valuable perspectives on industry challenges.
He is proud to serve the industry as a board member of the Association of Maintenance Contractors of Canada. He volunteers his time to advance the industry to benefit contractors, owners, and craft workers. Mark is also very active with Helmets to Hardhats Canada, providing opportunities for veterans in the unionized skilled trades.
