Gwendolyn Auman joined CAM Industrial Solutions in August 2024 as CHRO. She is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources, including strategy, talent acquisition, onboarding, benefits design, payroll, performance management, succession planning, and workforce development. Gwendolyn has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources and holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Business, both from the University of Houston, as well as the SPHR and SHRM-SCP senior professional human resources certifications.

Gwendolyn most recently worked at McNair Interests, a private investment and management company, as Vice President of Human Resources from 2022 - 2024.  Prior to that she held Vice President of Human Resources roles at Circon Environmental and Sprint Industrial Holdings, both private equity backed portfolio companies, over a period of 14 years leveraging her extensive experience in M&A, due diligence and integrations. Outside of work, Gwendolyn has done volunteer work with Elijah Rising & Houston Children’s Charity.
